Cute and minimal products!

Simplehuman consistently designs the best products in its categories. I love their dual trash and recycling bin with a compost bin that hooks on the side. Yes, the products are expensive but the quality and design are just better. When I've bought cheaper imitators, their products pale in comparison and don't endure.

I have two Simplehuman trash bins, and love the design and user experience. All of their products are well-designed with intention.

For the most part a solid functional product. But they show wear after a while and are kinda expensive for what is, after all, just a trash can

Amazing products with great customer service.

I haven’t been wronged by a Simplehuman product and will continue to purchase. I love the over-the-door garbage can but didn’t love the garbage bags that they want you to purchase with them.

The only soap dispenser I'll use. Plus the soap smells amazing!

Their trash cans are good, but not as good as they are expensive.

I’ve used a range of Simplehuman products and overall I think they’re well made, sleek design, and great for the home.

Dual Liquide sensor soap dispenser . I have purchased this product during sales on 24th november… and unfo I have not received this order.. as courier customs returned it as it seems the description of the goods was not correct. It’s a pitty , as their products are of good quality but their customer service is very very poor. It’s a 2nd time I have such bad experience with them.. They don’t solve the problem, so what they are doing? They are like a robots! After several reminders, questions abt the delivery i have got an e-mail only on 18th Dec fm two ladies, first was asking if i wish to rcv still the ordered product or refund same- and I have asked them to send me back the product.. and 2nd lady advised that they refunded.. .. so Im left without the soap dispenser i liked.. obviously will not buy fm them any other product.. as im not confident in their customers service at all.. it’s very very poor service.

Horrible customer service. Shipped on order to an office on a Saturday and it was stolen. Would not help at all resolving that. Ordered another one and they charged me twice. Now that one is not shipping. Nightmare company. Run!

I really enjoy the simplehuman products. I have the kitchen trash can and the automatic foam soap dispenser and both really leveled up my kitchen and make it feel more luxurious.

I love this brand so much that I went and got the garbage can. It’s so well built, sturdy, don’t rust and solid. I’m happy to say I own 2 shower caddies, a pet food container and a garbage can that rarely smells thanks to the pods. They’re worth the money hands down .

Got the double side-by-side trash can. Generally solid. Only two primary issues. First, the smaller side, which we use for recycling, is pretty small. It fills up to fast, so we have to empty it too often. We opted to keep a paper grocery bag next to it instead to cut down on trips to the big container in the garage. Second, the lid gets stuck in the up position for no apparent reason. Not a huge issue, but a little problematic when it happens at night and whatever is in there starts to smell overnight. Not the most pleasant odor first thing in the morning.

Even though they are pricey, they are 100% worth the cost. Today I finally replaced my 14 year old and 55 L trashcan. Not for any other reason, but with a change in our kitchen, it no longer fit the space properly. It’s still in perfect working order and still looks great so we’re gonna add that to our outside bar shed. My husband usually can’t understand spending “that kind of money” on a garbage can but he had no problems this time because he loves the garbage bags which are also top quality. Added bonus the lid closures make them dog proof- they can’t lift it with their nose. If you’re thinking about it and on the fence because of the cost, do not hesitate.

I bought a small mirror from simplehuman about two years ago And it broke and I wrote back to the company to get a replacement or replacement parts for my broken mirror They said no part nor a Replacement. After many correspondents they offered a little discount to buy other mirror which could break again. Don’t buy anything from this company, they don’t stand behide their products! You have been warned

I order the 13 Gallon foot pedal version. The quality is excellent and the bucket rest and lid lock make changing the bag a breeze. No need to lift the entire can out of the enclosure anymore.

So the trash can I received could be great. I ordered 3 and they all came dented and got here almost a month after I purchased. Then when I reached out to the company they stopped replying and didn’t reimburse me for one of them. I returned all of them and got nothing back for the 3rd. I have pictures to prove.
