Love their trash cans! So easy to use, wonderful aesthetic too!

Why is it so expensive?! Like ridiculously expensive, for a trash can? The manufacturing cost of these is probably max like $30, it's just an insane amount of money for a trash can. BUT... Does it look nice? Yes. Does it work well? Yes. Does it last? Yes - although the lid does open fully like it use to after 7 years of use. Yes 7 years. Warranty? Yes - 10 years. So reduce, reuse, recycle - invest in a quality trash can that can last you years instead of buying a new plastic one every year.

I love simple human products. I think they are well fought out and now that most of the soap dispensers are USB rechargeable they are even better. I recently purchased the toilet bowl, magnetic brush, and I think it’s a innovative void to store your toilet roll brush. It also cleans the edge of the bowl very well.

Have their trashcans and battery operated soap dispensers. Both are high quality and have lasted for 2 years now and still going strong!

Don’t try to contact customer service about a warranty, regardless of whether you bought it directly from simple human. There is no customer service. It takes one to two days to get a text back. And then they make you jump through hoops to prove that you bought it from them, with a serial number and an order number. No problem. Took me a second to find my order number because my email was from a year and a half ago, I have a five year warranty. Find my email with order number/proof of purchase, and Serial number I sent them to them and then they wanted a video. When I sent the video through my text message where they initiated the chat, they said they couldn’t receive it and they had to email me. And when they emailed me. I sent them the the information they requested , and they still say it’s a troubleshooting error. This is a $250 trashcan! I can’t get a person on the phone to fix my definite warranty issue, and I can’t get them to respond. I suspected, they would be OK. Well you have to box it up and send it back , typical type of stuff and was prepared for that, I still have the box for when you give me the runaround again, and when I try to send it back, you ask for the exact dimensions and weight of the box, I’ll tell you you should know you sent that exact box in that exact weight. I know that game Also, even within your five year warranty from the factory, direct purchase, you’re only eligible for a full refund within 45 days of proof of purchase from the end users seller. That means, if you bought it on Amazon, and it took three weeks to get to you, you only now have three weeks to claim a factory warranty. If you even can. I did not buy on Amazon. I bought direct from the factory and I am having so many issues. It is unbelievable. a $250 trashcan and I cannot get a person on the phone, nor can I get anyone who seems to believe me about my issues. I am getting the runaround. This is a joke they don’t want to refund anything they don’t want to warranty anything they don’t want to replace parts they don’t wanna replace items they just want to take your money!

My experience with their customer service has been awful. Simple human does not stand by their product. After a year with my trash can it was broken and they are not willing to do anything about it, I have contacted them numerous time and I have not been successful. I am about to order another trash can from another company because I can’t wait any longer for a part that they don’t have in stock .

I have the light up magnifying mirror and I love it so much. It's so great for putting on makeup, checking my skin, and honestly just being able to really see my face. I find myself in hotels or friends houses now and I feel like I have no idea what I really look like without the mirror.

I have 2 of the Simple Human magnifying mirrors…one on a stand and the travel mirror. These are quite pricey, but worth every penny to me. I could not do my makeup without the 10x magnification…it is so essential that if one of those mirrors were to stop working, I would order a replacement immediately!

Great products from this company. Expensive but worth it as they have longevity. Have had my garbage can fir 20 years.

Huge fan of all things Simplehuman. I have multiple trash cans, soap dispensers, and bathroom accessories. I find all of their products work with such ease. They make everyday tasks easier and add a hint of sophistication to any space.

Have their garbage bins and it works as expected. It looks minimalistic and sturdy, been using it for years now and have not had any issues with it.

We have a floor-to-ceiling (we use tub-rim-to-ceiling) Simplehuman shower caddy. We've had it for years and it's been great. Holds whatever we put on it, has never collapsed or slipped, still looking good after, I'd say, about 15 years. I'd happily get more Simplehuman products. In fact, I plan to dump our dish rack (not Simply Human) because, while it is a very nice-looking design, the plastic and wood pieces gather a mold and dirt that is very hard to clean. I'd like to try a Simply Human rack made primarily of stainless steel, which does not support the growth of mold or other organisms. Will post a review once I've done that! Meanwhile, I think it's very smart of Simplehuman to use so much stainless in its products for kitchen and bath.

We have one of their trashcans. I love the sleek look and design. It functions very well and is easy to clean. We use just standard liners and not the ones designed for the trashcan.

Simplehuman makes high quality and generally very well designed home objects. Reminds me a bit of Oxo, but for different items. I particularly like the automatic soap dispenser and the various trash cans. They are on the pricier side, but in return, you get high quality objects.

Have their motion sensor trash can and sensor pump, love it! Makes cleaning easier. Sensor pump can dispense as much or as little as you want depending on the distance of your hand. In a household of 4, we wash our hands often and only refill it every 2 months or so.

I have the 60L trashcan. The size is amazing, functions great. I've had it a year with no rust (regular cleaning). The pedal hasnt lost function at all. I will be buying again.
