Honestly such a terrible experience, which I would not wish on someone else to go through. I ordered my mattress and contact customer support that it would arrive accordingly on a day which would accommodate me. The next day, I received an email that my mattress was slated to arrive sooner rather than anticipated, so I called FedEx and asked if they could put a vacation hold, which they confirmed was feasible. I was under the impression that the request went through, but the next day, I received an email that my mattress was delivered, which was not part of the plan...The mattress ended up being delivered when no one was home, so by the time I did get home, the mattress was nowhere to be found which I believe someone ended up taking. I've contacted customer support via chat/email, but they were unresponsive and unwilling to provide me the correct amount of care, so I filed a credit card dispute, which I hope will be resolved soon. Bottom line: Do not purchase from Siena, they will not follow through with customer support.
