Reviews mention

  • Exceptionally durable knit fabric
  • Run‑resistant, snag‑resistant performance
  • Comfortable supportive waistband
  • Versatile styles and patterns
  • Inconsistent sizing and inseam
  • Stiff, less‑silky texture
  • Waistband rolling under clothing
  • Visible shaping seams line

Sheertex earns strong reviews for delivering unusually durable, snag‑resistant tights that often outlast traditional pairs by months or years, with many noting they truly resist runs and even pet claws. However, reviews also flag fit inconsistencies (especially inseam/height issues), a stiffer, less‑silky hand feel, rolling waistbands or visible shaping seams, and occasional early snags or holes that undermine the “indestructible” promise.

  • Truly indestructible pantyhose. Absolutely love them. I've used the same pair for over two years & still very happy.

The fabric is a bit stiff, but I think that's also why it's so durable. So maybe wouldn't change anything.

  • I'm thoroughly impressed by Sheertex products! The sheer tights are incredibly comfortable and durable. They feel soft and stretchy, yet they held up against snags, pet claws, and everyday wear. The fit is impeccable, and the discreet design adds to their appeal. Although they're a bit pricier, the longevity and quality make them a smart investment.

  • I bought a pair when they went on sale for Black Friday and they have held up beautifully through the winter and multiple washes! Very comfortable and feel so much more high quality than the cheap packs I was buying before. I love how they are designed to be flattering underneath dresses/skirts!

  • Excellent product. These hose are strong meaning runs are rare. Feel wonderful on.

  • So far so good! I have never been able to wear a pair of tights more than twice before they end up with runs in them. I've worn these a few times without issue thus far!

  • Very comfortable tights. Ordered 3 pairs in the same size. 2 normal and 1 shapewear one. wore the first pair for 3 months with no problems, opened the second pair and was immediately greeted with a hole on the toe but was out of warranty, so nothing I could do. the shapewear pair, despite being the same size as the other 2 pairs was far bigger and therefore did nothing to shape. overall still loved the normal tights but would test other brands in the market before repurchasing as 1/3 success rate is not enough to turn me into a full fan for such expensive tights.

  • These tights really do last! Will say they are easy to put holes in and snag on things, but they don’t trail down the whole leg which is great!

  • I have a pair of Sheertex and they're... fine. I paid $70 for them and they just aren't as comfy as my other stockings. I find them to be sweaty and not very stretchy. They don't rip, but they color is pretty splotchy, which I don't like. Sheertex also constantly has these suuuuper deep sales that make me not really trust them. I don't reach for them over other stockings.

  • The online ordering experience was pretty average to other e-commerce brands. They had a sale so I bought 2 pairs of the Classic black tights. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tights. I haven't tried to stretch them to capacity but I've used them multiple times, through mutliple washes over the last year or so and they look as good as when I first purchased them. I would love to see what this brand could do with a lower den. The tights aren't super sheer and I think creating a super sheer tight would be a true show of the technology.

  • Kind of pricey but the black back seam tights I bought are fire. They're a little less sheer than the ones I used to buy from the regular department store, but they really are sturdy. I get compliments every time I wear them. Worth it because they'll last forever.

I would love them even more if the tights were a bit sheerer

  • I have the classic sheer and semi opaque tights from Sheertex and I love them overall, with a couple feedback points. They're expensive, but they do lots of good sales and as long as they do keep lasting as long as they're meant to, it will certainly be worth the higher price. I bought them because I was hoping to get rid of my HANDFUL of lower quality tights with various snags or spots or runs, etc. and invest in a couple pairs I could keep and use indefinitely, and that would keep looking nice.

I really like these tights! The classic sheer are my favorites, though I wish they were a bit more sheer, to be honest. However, I understand that part of why they are less so is because of the special way the fibers are woven to make them last and be snag/tear/run resistant. I have a dog and they've held up to dog pawing, which is a big plus! They're nice and warm for the winter, and definitely feel high quality. They are a little bit of work to get them stretched in the right directions all over when first putting them on, but eventually they fit great and stay in place. They don't roll down on top (which for curvier people is a plus!).

  • Bought these because my sister was raving about them. When they went on sale, I decided to go for it. I don't usually use stockings because I find them uncomfortable and I feel like I'm paranoid about getting a run in them. Bought these and took them for a spin at my cousins wedding figuring if they fail me, I can just take them off and throw them away. These things took a lot that day. I have long nails, I had strappy shoes, and beading on my dress. These tights did not even snare. When they go on sale, I plan to buy a few more for work and such.

Well worth the money. Comes in good sizes and colours and patterns. Everything from reserved to party. And more importantly - they work.

  • Pretty comfortable and they really are durable, but i find that the waist band rolls down which is annoying.

  • I own a number of their tights. They do eventually rip, as I tend to be pretty hard on them and have very long sharp nails, but I will say I get significantly more usage vs other tights and keep going back to them. They don't roll down, hug everything in without cutting my fat off, and last so long.

I don't have any feedback other than I'd love to keep seeing more designs and colors, they do such a wonderful job!

  • I bought a pair and finally bit the bullet. 99$ was pricey, but i do love how they're a forever tight! Love the neon line at the waistband so you always know when they're inside out.

    Feedback

The sizing guide wasn't great and I feel like despite buying my size, the fit was too small.

  • Overall the product has delivered what was advertised, I have had a pair of Sheertex tights for over a year now and have worn them multiple times with no snags or rips. The product fits well, offers some compression without feeling tight or restrictive and the material is very soft.

If you wear tights often then I think this justifies the price, as I was often having throw out tights due to snagging and ripping. This one pair has lasted me over a year and is showing no signs of needing to be replaced soon. I bought my tights during a sale which allowed me to get them at a more affordable price, it seems that this brand often offers discounts on select items so that is always a plus.

  • While I love the fact that these will not tear - the fit was a bit off. I am 6' tall, and there were no height options, so they ride lowww on me. I kept both pairs, and they suck you right in, but definitely feel more restricting than a normal pair of tights.

    Feedback

Wish they had height/inseam options in their sizes

  • If you’ve had trouble finding tights that don’t rip, look no further! Not only that, they have a cheesy color selection and the tights are really comfortable that don’t ride down at the waist.

  • These really do live up to the test. I've never had a more durable pair of tights.

I'd love a silky-touch, ultra-sheer version of Sheertex. I know that's probably the hardest version to make, but... it is in the name:) Also, can we get some thigh-highs? Essentially, you're great. I just want more haha
