We are a hot sauce household. Our fridge constantly has over a dozen types of hot sauces, spanning pepper festivals, YouTube recommendations, and of course, Heatonist. 

We particularly love Mx. Green Sass, the bright citrusy hot sauce from Shaquanda's Pepper Hot Sauce. It is tangy and bright, and works well on different meats and with popcorn.

Love this hot sauce! It doesn’t necessarily go with everything, but no hot sauces really do. It’s good on sandwiches, wraps, etc. - I haven’t really used it on hot dishes.
