🚩🚩🚩 Avoid at all costs — major red flags from start to finish 🚩🚩🚩
Ordered early July. Promised delivery in 5–9 business days. The package showed up 2 weeks late — with zero updates, no apology, nothing. I had to chase them down, and even then, the replies were vague, lazy, and clearly not even reading my messages.
The customer service is a joke. They didn’t care it was late, didn’t acknowledge it ruined a gift, and never took responsibility for anything. Just auto-replies and empty gestures.
Then the sizing? Absolutely off. Ridiculously small. Nothing like the size guide.
And returning the items? Another scam:
➡️ £20 return cost — for a £37 item
➡️ No prepaid label
➡️ Return is fully at your expense
➡️ No refund of shipping costs
Basically, they make returns as painful and expensive as possible so you give up.
This brand looks polished on Instagram but behind the scenes it’s all smoke and mirrors.
❌ Delivery promises: fake
❌ Customer support: non-existent
❌ Sizing: inaccurate
❌ Returns: overpriced and discouraging
❌ Accountability: zero
Save yourself the trouble. Plenty of other brands out there actually respect their customers.
