Nightmare! I want to send an item back but it costs me more than the Product itself. Never again! I even mailed them before they shipped the product that I dont want it, but they still shipped. I wasted money. Be smarter dont buy from this is sefi

Customer service nightmare. Poor fit of the leggings and their return policy is very misleading. The return portal doesn’t work and they don’t accept exchanges from the US. I paid $9 for shipping and it’s $30 to return them. These sets are cute to walk around in, but not meant for working out. You’ll fall out of the tops and the leggings are loose at the waist with poor seam placement. I purchased during a sale and they’re not allowing me to exchange for a smaller size, only return and then pay double the price. Why would I do that when there’s no guarantee the smaller size will even fit? I haven’t been able to get a packing slip from customer service to return so I’ve now missed the return window.

🚩🚩🚩 Avoid at all costs — major red flags from start to finish 🚩🚩🚩 Ordered early July. Promised delivery in 5–9 business days. The package showed up 2 weeks late — with zero updates, no apology, nothing. I had to chase them down, and even then, the replies were vague, lazy, and clearly not even reading my messages. The customer service is a joke. They didn’t care it was late, didn’t acknowledge it ruined a gift, and never took responsibility for anything. Just auto-replies and empty gestures. Then the sizing? Absolutely off. Ridiculously small. Nothing like the size guide. And returning the items? Another scam: ➡️ £20 return cost — for a £37 item ➡️ No prepaid label ➡️ Return is fully at your expense ➡️ No refund of shipping costs Basically, they make returns as painful and expensive as possible so you give up. This brand looks polished on Instagram but behind the scenes it’s all smoke and mirrors. ❌ Delivery promises: fake ❌ Customer support: non-existent ❌ Sizing: inaccurate ❌ Returns: overpriced and discouraging ❌ Accountability: zero Save yourself the trouble. Plenty of other brands out there actually respect their customers.

Don’t bother! The fit is weird and it’s a nightmare to send the items back to get a refund. I am currently with an open case from the bank to get my money back and they items have arrived back to their warehouse a month ago!
