Scrub Daddy reviews and discussion
Reviews mention
- Temperature-reactive, effective foam
- Odor-resistant, hygienic construction
- Scratch-free, versatile scrubbing
- Clever, ergonomic smile design
- Occasional shedding durability issues
- Bulky, awkward hand fit
- Food-trapping porous texture
- Too soft in hot water
Scrub Daddy earns rave reviews for cleaning performance and versatility, with users replacing traditional sponges thanks to durable scrubbers that don’t smell, adapt firmness with water temperature, and safely tackle everything from nonstick pans to glass stovetops and bathrooms. Reviews also flag weaknesses: some scrubbers shed or tear within weeks, can be too stiff or bulky, struggle with hot‑water scrubbing needs, trap food in pores, and raise sustainability concerns.

Most versatile yet compact cleaning sponge. Works with dishes, sinks, stove, and tubs. Must have in every household.

I wish you made smaller scrub daddies. The product can be a bit bulky.

Love these cute sponges! They get the job done, make me happy when I look at them and wash beautifully in the dishwasher.

The Daddy of all sponges. Purchased my first Scrub Daddy after the mystical shark tank pitch, since then it’s been a permanent member of our household and other sponges are plain awful in comparison

Believe the hype. These daddies get the job done. I was skeptical on how it could be different from other sponges but it is and I don't know how or why. Weird little areads I need to scrub just feel and look cleaner when I use it.

Honestly just a super fun sponge that works well. The temperature changing stiffness of the sponge is handy and the sponge itself rinses out well.

No notes! This sponge works well and lasts long. If you’re worried about how normally sponges get gross and smelly, you won’t have that problem here.

Dishes might be my least favorite thing to do. Scrub Daddy makes it much less painful. It doesn’t get that old food smell, stay soggy, or deteriorate. It cleans my dishes really well and the holes are really nice for sticking utensils in for a good thorough scrub.

When it is dry, it feels solid. Once soaked, it is softer and holds soapy detergent quite well. It is easy on the scratch able surface, so it doesn't leave any marks. The smiley face is a nice touch. I wish it had few more in a box.

I love this company! I have tries several of their products now and none of them have disappointed. Their customer service is great and so is the selection of products.

The only problem we had was when a new product was released, it was hard to find it online on their website. This company also has exclusive items at different stores, so figuring out where items are available can get confusing. I suggest following them on social media or signing up for their emailing list to find out when new products and restocks happen.

Who does live scrub daddy!? It’s so cute and it does an amazing job at getting everything clean. It soft enough to take care of delicate surfaces but can also transform to take away difficult messes.

I am a die hard Scrub Daddy lover. It feels illegal to use any other scrub. 10/10 product and 10/10 company!

Would love to see scrub daddy products widely available in Canada can be difficult to obtain them sometimes

Scrub Daddy is an amazing product. The hardness of the sponge changes with the water temperature allowing you to use it to scrub food residue off pans, while also you to gently rinse off fine china without damaging it. It is very versatile and delivers on what it says it will do.

I wash a lot of dishes and I don’t feel that this sponge held up very well. It’s neat and has a cute design but that’s about it.
