Feels like a dry oil that provides hydration. I’ve always used vit C, but my skin did tingle the first couple times I used it. Overall, I found it gentle once my skin adjusted to the ingredients. I don’t feel like it did much for my hyperpigmentation, but it did provide a healthy glow. The bottle and packaging are both really beautiful, and makes it feel like a luxury product.
