I found Rouje through Instagram & fell in love. It reminds me of a french, more mature Reformation. Their customer service team was super helpful with my exchange for a new size. I will be a forever Rouje shopper as their pieces are timeless & super cute.

The clothes are a classic french girl style. Love the style of It.

Great cuts and love their denim and dresses. Super flattering! Had to get dress tailored to fit better but all in all really happy with my purchases. The NYC store is beautiful too!

Very bad experience with the rouje store in London. I’ve been purchasing from this brand for around 5 years. I recently purchased 3 items in their London store, including a coat from the Archive Sales. I was not told prior to purchasing that all the items were non refundable. After receiving a string of extremely rude emails from the shop attendant, I was allowed to exchange the coat in store but denied a refund. On returning to store I experienced more rudeness and evasiveness from the shop attendants. One of whom continued to insist that she had told me that the coat was non- refundable prior to purchase, when I refuted this, she said ‘I have the conversation on cctv’ but refused to show me the cctv. Finally on exchanging the item, the store attendant took off my 10% discount for purchasing 3 items ( despite me still purchasing 3 items and therefore being eligible to the discount). I believe this company to be in dishonest and unscrupulous with no value for basic customer service. I will not be shopping with them again and would advise others to avoid them.
