  • 1) these are not natural flowers as presented on their website. The outer petals are very poorly spray painted, giving them a chintzy (at best) look. (You can see this for yourself in the photos) But even worse... 2) the majority of the flowers are just plain dead. As in flipping over, wilted, dead. (Photos attached, see for yourself) When I emailed them regarding this, the response was so condescending it was hard for me to believe - they actually suggested I rip off the outer petals and place them in water, and that they'd unfold in 24-48 hours. However, this made ZERO sense in light of the following (I'm just copy and pasting what I responded to them): A) we received the roses yesterday and did everything we could to resuscitate them. The pictures are from TODAY - and they've only gotten worse. I am not young, and have handled flowers for many years. I know the difference between fresh flowers and dead, and these are dead (and already in the garbage). That is easily seen in the pics I sent you (and which I will post with my reviews/complaints). B) you don't address the misrepresentation I mentioned. You are selling - and I purchased - these roses as natural, two-color roses. The outer petals are SPRAY PAINTED, and look extremely cheap and artificial. C) you tell me to strip off the outer petals - but then what do I have left? White roses??? That's NOT what I purchased! D) I purchased insurance on these flowers and would like to make a claim and get a full refund immediately. This is the only satisfactory outcome for me. Response thus far: CRICKETS This is the first review I am posting about this. If my insurance claim isn't honored and a full refund issued, it will soon be posted on as many product review sites as I can find - and on the Better Business Bureau. My last word: BUYER BEWARE!!!

  • My husband made a 2nd order the 1st time I didn’t say anything because he was doing something nice but he ordered again. I wasn’t happy ether time. I emailed this time. They are just happy I received the flowers

  • Buyer Beware. I ordered what was clearly advertised as Vintage Peonies, but what was delivered were pink roses. When I contacted Rosaholics about the mistake, their response was that their “peony-style blooms feature the Peonikiss flower, a variety that behaves more like a peony than a traditional rose.” That explanation raised concerns for me, so I went back and carefully reread the full product description for the bouquet I ordered. Throughout the description it repeatedly refers to the flowers as peonies and even describes the arrangement as a “peony bouquet.” At no point does the listing clearly state that the flowers are actually roses designed to resemble peonies. To get a neutral analysis, I even ran the entire description through an AI tool and asked it whether a typical customer would believe they were purchasing peonies or roses. The conclusion was that a reasonable customer would believe they are purchasing peonies, and that the description is misleading because it repeatedly states “peonies” and “peony bouquet” without clearly explaining that the flowers are actually roses that merely resemble peonies. I reached out to the company multiple times asking them to correct the order or make the situation right. Unfortunately, after my requests, they stopped responding altogether. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to read the descriptions very carefully before ordering. Buyer beware.

  • Careful. I made an order a week and a half ago that was suppose to arrive for a birthday. As soon as I got the UPS tracking a week later, I saw it was going to be late and I reached out pleading to their support. They said UPS mistakenly showed a later date. Well. That date has passed and looks like it wasn’t UPS that was wrong but Rosaholics. Very poor customer service, especially considering what I paid. They have stopped responding.

In their own words

Rosaholics is a family-run floral house built on craftsmanship, creativity, and care. For over 20 years, our roses have traveled the world for weddings, events, and floral houses. Now, that legacy continues through a direct farm-to-door model, allowing customers in the U.S. to receive our blooms exactly as they leave the farm.
