Bought this on a whim at Grocery Outlet and now I love it! I am on a fitness journey and am looking for ways to add more protein to my diet without adding more animal products and I really enjoyed this. I got the garlic herb flavor and it was flavorful, delicious, and a really nice texture. It really reminded me of the texture of risotto.

Cooking wise, it was easy. I used the amount of water in the directions and it was a little too wet for my liking so I think I'd tweak that in the future but otherwise, I want to pick up more. Nice for a quick and filling lunch for busy days!

Right Rice is a great alternative to rice bowls, burritos, or any other dishes you'd typically reach for rice for. The varieties offer a really nice depth of flavor to your favorite dishes, such as the Spanish variety in a burrito bowl or garlic herb to pair with an Italian-forward meal. The consistency is very similar to rice, yet a bit more substantial and "al dente." It's filling, full of protein, and incredibly easy to prepare in a pinch.

This rice was so strange. Overwhelming garlic just kind of killed the experience and I found the herb flavor just dominated the entire meal in an unappealing way. 

It's pretty meh. But I'd probably buy it occasionally if it were organic. I like it in concept and it can be used as a decent base or salad topping. I don't eat much meat, so plant protein grains are always great. 

Go back to the kitchen and redo your recipes. The Basil Pesto flavor needs either a tartness or more cream to balance it out. These might be even better with freeze dried tomatoes or something to add to the flavor profile. 

Ugh I really wanted this to be good but it just wasn’t. It isn’t the rice itself, it’s the flavor — it lacks all the creaminess of a risotto and is overly base in flavor. Not great.

RightRice Risotto Creamy Parmesan is tasty as a small side dish. The flavor is a bit too much if you eat a lot of it but if you keep the portion small it’s good!  And it’s better for you bc it is made from veggies so I do like that aspect. Try it!

Honestly shocked about the 2.5 overall rating! I have been listening to my body lately and sadly, that means no more white / brown rice. I enjoy the flavor and texture it adds to dishes and was thrilled to find this alternative. I love the Spanish and cilantro lime rice for Mexican dishes / salads.  During the holidays there was a "thanksgiving stuffing" flavor that i also enjoyed!

Absolutely vile. And gave me the worst gas! Tasted bad, smelled bad, -1000/10. 

I love RightRice. Super easy to make and tasty without adding anything to it.

I've had mixed experiences making this at home, but I always buy it at Cava and love it! 

I haven't tried to make Right Rice at home yet but I order it every time I go to CAVA and I love it.  I try to eat low-carb as much as possible and Right Rice has allowed me to enjoy my CAVA bowls without spiking my blood sugar. I think it tastes exactly like regular rice and I like the added protein.
