This Revlon lip product goes on really thick and patchy at first, but it evens out as it settles on the lips. It still feels heavy on the lips and there’s a slight stickiness that doesn’t really go away. It adds a gorgeous color but given it transfers so easily, I wouldn’t say it’s a true lip mask, more like a glossy balm than a treatment. Also, given the name of the product has “Glimmer” in it, I was expecting the formula to have some sort of added sparkle, not just be a gloss.
