I purchased a bed from ReFramed because I believed in their mission of circular design and long product lifespans. But now the middle support beam—where the slatted base rests—no longer holds the screws, making the bed unusable. I reached out to customer service by email and received no response. Then I contacted them via Instagram. After two short replies—one saying they were “looking into a solution”—they stopped responding altogether. My follow-up messages have not even been opened. I’ve noticed that the newer versions of the bed look more stable and seem to reflect product improvements—which makes it even more frustrating that I’m left with a faulty version and no solution. A brand that claims to stand for high-quality, sustainability, and long-term use should take such issues seriously. It’s disappointing that they don’t offer a replacement part for a structural defect. Why should I be forced to throw away the entire bed? Reframed’s mission and their actual customer support experience don’t align. I expected better. I’m still waiting for a real solution—and a real reply, because I love the bed. Thank you
