I have owned my Qure mask for around 2 years now. I spent a really long time before purchasing reading reviews and understanding specs because there are a few on the market I wanted to make sure that what I bought was the real deal and the best. Qure met all my criteria, and the fact that it only requires 3 minutes a day was a compelling selling point for me, especially as a busy Mum. My skin has achieved remarkable evenness, boosting my confidence to go makeup-free due to the improved skin tone. I love my mask! My Mum and Sister were also both so impressed with the results I saw they also got their own masks as well. Since my Qure mask purchase I have also gone on to the micro infusion which gives me a good glow, the serum I use daily and most recently the Qure decolletage and neck piece. It's safe to say I'm a bit obsessed! I'm located in Australia, and the shipping was within the specified timeframe. I highly recommend this product to anyone seeking effective skincare solutions!

I picked up this mask last year and honestly, it's been a game-changer for my skin. I usually don't bother tracking stuff, but I couldn't help but notice the difference – my face is rocking this natural glow now, and my complexion is way better. Totally recommending it! Great purchase! Always wanted one but was never sure if it as worth the money. But I am so glad I bought it! I have been using it for a couple of months and I’m seeing my dark marks fade, less breakouts and my redness is going away. Really like the app too, I get more breakouts in my t-zone so I like being able to target the treatment there

Love the mask. Maybe I'm lucky that my skin gets smoother after every use? The fact that every session lasts only 3 mins makes it feel like you didn't have to do anything. My sister saw my face after a week of use and decided to get one herself. We will be trying out their micro needling stuff soon.

I had to share my experience because it's entirely different from what people are saying here. I just received my Qure Mask and I thought it was faulty. Good thing I reached out via their chat support and they helped me resolved the issue right away. I must say their chat support is superb! Polite and professional. I have been using the mask for few days now and will definitely write a review again with the results.

I recommend Qure's LED mask to everyone with oily and acne-prone skin. My makeup used to look so cakey at the end of the workday, oils would strip all the foundation off my face and I would look worse than without any makeup. I just realized that with or without makeup my skin is finally producing a normal amount of oil, the skin feels healthy and bouncy. Thank you Qure!!

Qure has the worse customer service! I ordered their mask, waited 3 months for it, and my mask came in defective. I got hold of customer service through their chat. They asked for the video to send them to see the issue. I sent the video and explained it to them all the issues I'm having with this mask and they still haven't fix the problem. I also emailed them and requested to call me. Customer Service completely ignored my request. This is the worse company to deal with! I would never buy anything from them!

I received a defective mask, created the ticket, and they asked me to send them videos. I sent them the videos, but they have not responded after 5 days so far. Last thing they said was that management is making a decision. Why does management takes so long to make a decision on a defective mask I purchased for the first time? They want to sell but don't want to do anything when they ship a defective mask.

It is so comfortable and the light is amazing. I love the customizable light feature through the app & Only 3 min. a day.

I don't understand why so many people hating on this amazing product! I have been battling with an oily and acne prone skin for a looooong time and thankfully, I found this mask! My acne has cleared, never had aggressive breakouts since I started using it and my skin started to glow! You just need to be consistent and patient to see results. Might I add, it's super easy to use and love love the aesthetic. Definitely worth it ♥

Although I love the product there are issues. The mask battery pack doesn't hold a charge for more then 2 days. I contacted the company to get a replacement and send back the original defective one. The hoops they make you jump through are laughable. Customer service would have to be rated a solid 2 stars. The replacement will not be a qure mask. Overall, disappointing experience.

I bought this months ago and was not that hopeful at first. But now, I can see and feel the difference! My skin is getting clear from adult acne and improved my skin tone. It also helps with my wrinkles. I get compliments since I started using this mask so I know it works. I know it's not cheap but it is definitely worth it! I see it as a great skincare investment!

I received the mask approximately one month ago, I’ve been using it regularly and have had NO issues at all in terms of function. The mask works as indicated in the instructions, 3 whole minutes when completely charged, it needs to be charged after about a continuous 6 day period use. Delivery was on time and the mask came complete as advertised. The mask is sturdy, and buttons, Bluetooth connection and charging port work as expected. Additionally, the packaging is impeccable and good quality, As far as skin improvement I consider it is too soon to see any results, I’ve read that you could see improvements after several months of regular use. Perhaps the other users saying that it doesn’t work had bad luck o I’ve been lucky, but so far so good. I think that compared to other high quality masks, the price of the qure is more reasonable. Nevertheless in terms of cost benefit it’s too soon for me to comment. I will write another review in this aspect a couple of more months.

I purchased this mask in July 2023. Within a week of using it I began to get severe headaches. After a week of going through customer service to return , I was given an "exception" and could return my mask after paying so much in fees that it wasn't worth it. My husband rigged up some tanning goggles so they can slip into the eyeholes of the mask. I stuffed them with cotton and it has alleviated the headache problem. Fast forward to October 2023, and I am having the same problems as other posters. The charge only lasts a few minutes, the on button only works after pushing it several times, and it doesn't stay on the full 3 minutes. After the customer service fiasco before, I am just chalking it up to a lesson learned. As for results.... still waiting to see an improvement in my skin. One thing I have noticed that I can't be certain is attributed to the mask - I have noticed a slight improvement in mental clarity. If it is the mask, it would be attributed to the infrared lights that are situated at the temples and forehead line. The dermatology doctors on youtube that recommend it need to look into this particular mask further. I see a trend in youtube sponsorships that do a disservice to viewers.

I would advise strongly against purchasing from this company. I purchased my mask back in late 2021 / early 2022 and immediately straight out of the box it wouldn't charge because the charging cable wouldn't fit into the charging slot. I then spent a long time having a back and forth and asking to send my mask back, and instead they just sent me a new cable in the post. This cable fitted but barely - it kept falling out and I had to stand the mask a very specific way for it to charge at all. When fully charged, the charge didn't last long, but I have a busy life so figured that because it was charging I would leave it at that. I then hardly got a chance to use it in my regimen for the next year, and have only began using it regularly the past 6 months. During that time, the charge has progressively gotten worse and worse, to the point that a full hours-long charging session would deliver about 9 minutes worth of power. I took to just charging it every day in order to use it a single time, and this morning it stopped working at all. This is a badly made product, and the company conveniently have now replaced their previously human customer service chat with a chatbot, presumably because everyone is contacting them about broken or faulty masks. This product was INCREDIBLY expensive and a huge investment I made for my rosacea on the advice of doctors. What an appalling waste of money, plastic and electronics. For the same price I could have gotten multiple much more powerful in-office treatments. I repeat, DO NOT BUY from this company.

BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY... BE 100% POSITIVE YOU WANT THIS ITEM!. THEIR RETURN PROCESS IS A NIGHTMARE. $50 RESTOCKING FEE PLUS IT WILL COST YOU ALMOST $30 TO SHIP IT BACK. THAT ALMOST 1/3 THE COST OF THE PRODUCT. AND IF YOU OPEN IT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT.
