I also like that you can focus on specific areas of the face by turning on only a specific section of lights through the app. Unfortunately it doesn't charge through anything else except the provided usb-c cord, and each session only lasts three minutes with no option to extend, which is a bummer since other LED masks typically do treatments in twenty-minute sessions. (review update as of 26 Jul 2023) -- welp, the mask broke. It won't charge anymore even though I've only been using the thing occasionally.

I feel a little bit of tingling but other than that my skin was not bothered by the small needles. It took a while for the serum to come out as I used it but I went and washed my face and turned it upside down and it came out faster. I have used this twice now and it seems to be working for my fine lines around my smile area beside my mouth. I definitely recommend this because there is no down time.

This expensive mask started to fail 8 months after purchasing. The battery wouldn't stay charged long enough to complete the cycle. By 13 months the mask no longer worked. I reached out to customer service who requested a video. They then denied repair or replacement as it was no longer within the return period. What a waste of time and money. Plus bad for the landfill sites.

Device failed after 1 year and 3 months. After almost a month of sending in videos that customer service requested to prove the device doesn't work, they confirmed it and offered 15%. I can get a 15% discount all day long with all the codes that float around on the internet. Why in the world would anyone spend this much money to have something that works for just over the warranty period of one year. These devices aren't supposed to be disposable.

As a lic professional, I recommend the Qure LED Mask as it is easy to use, there is no downtime, and you can even watch TV while giving yourself a home treatment. LED is safe for all skin types . The Qure Mask fits comfortably on my face, and I also find it very relaxing, as well as knowing that in 20 minutes I just gave my skin a treatment to boost collagen. As we age it takes us longer to produce collagen- so for all my menopausal clients I highly recommend this LED Mask.
