  • 2 surgeries and a few hospitalizations in 2 years left my hormones a wreck. Finally on the mend I found myself insulin resistant and depleted. The A2 ghee is next level taste and leaves me humming every time!

Purely Saatvik offers plant-based, natural food products rooted in traditional wellness

In their own words

Purely Saatvik is an Ayurvedic whole food brand born out of one simple frustration — not being able to find food in America that was made the way it was always meant to be made. Every product we make starts with a belief: that real food doesn't need a long ingredient list, a preservative, or a shortcut. It just needs the right source, the right hands, and the right intention. Our hero product is A2 Ghee — made from the milk of Gir cows, one of India's oldest and most revered heritage breeds, using the traditional Bilona method. This means the milk is hand-churned into curd before the butter is slowly clarified over low heat. One ingredient. Nothing added. The result is a rich, golden ghee that carries the same purity and warmth generations of South Asian families have cooked with for centuries. If you've never tasted ghee made this way, you'll notice the difference immediately. Alongside the Ghee, we make a Moringa Khichdi mix — a six-ingredient comfort meal rooted in Ayurvedic gut-health tradition, gluten-free, and ready in under twenty minutes. And our Millet Noodles, made from jowar sorghum with just three ingredients, are a clean, high-fiber alternative to conventional pasta that your body can actually digest easily. All three products are sourced from cruelty-free farms, made without preservatives or fillers, and built for the kind of person who reads labels and cares what's on them. We're based in Bothell, Washington — and we're just getting started.
