I love Pure Joy! I am not a fan of the ultra-sweet, chemicall-y taste of conventional energy drinks (Alani nu, Celsius, Red Bull, etc). Since pure joy is made with only real ingredients, the flavor is mellow yet fresh. I also appreciate how these drinks don’t overload you with caffeine - 120mg is the perfect amount. Overall I would recommend trying!

I was able to get 4 of these for free to sample for my review. I really have enjoyed the Unwind/Calm versions. They don't make you drowsy or anything like that, just an overall mellow feel thanks to ashwagandha. I really have enjoyed all of the flavors, but Raspberry Rose is my favorite. And only 40 calories!

I received a sample 4-pack to try, and I really enjoyed them! The flavors were delicious, and I loved that they were truly *lightly* carbonated- just the right amount of fizz for me. The handwritten note was such a thoughtful touch! My favorite of the four was the Blueberry Lavender, and overall, I really liked the calming effect of the Unwind flavors. That said, I also appreciated the Uplift variants for their smooth, balanced energy. No spikes or crashes, just a steady boost. Overall, I wouldn't purchase these online, as $83 for a 12-pack ($75 plus $8 shipping) is just too steep for me personally and the shipping cost seems like a lot for a 4-pack as well. However, if I came across the Blueberry Lavender at a café or grocery store, I’d absolutely pick one up again. It's a fantastic cocktail alternative!

Finally, functional drinks that taste as amazing as they make you feel! My personal favorite is the Blueberry Lavender Unwind formula. It has such a unique flavor that gently helps me relax—perfect as a delicious alcohol alternative.

I absolutely love PureJoy’s Unwind! I’ve always struggled to quiet my mind after a long day, but this drink has been a huge game changer for me. Since drinking Unwind I've already noticed a huge difference in my sleep and I wake up feeling so much more energized. The fact that it’s all-natural and free of artificial ingredients makes it even better. Plus the flavor is amazing and doesn't have that artificial taste you get from other drinks. Highly recommend!

Unwind is by far my favourite! Blueberry Lavender is sooooooo yummy. I was genuinely surprised by how good lavender tastes with Blueberry, I couldn't taste the Lavender in Raspberry Rose, it had more rose notes. I guess the lavender extract is used in both flavors for relaxing purposes but it is definitely more vibrant in the blueberry lavender! It's such a great combo. Uplift is also extra tasty! I love the strawberry lemon flavor. Both don't have an artificial taste or taste like sparkling water, which is a surprise for energy drinks
