I would say the quality is good. And the scents are great. Although I would say that the price for it is a little bit overwhelming. Back in July or August I think, I saw on Instagram that they were giving out a free diffuser kit. Meaning that you could get the diffuser for free and pick two scents. The subscription process was difficult. Apparently you have to pay for the scents, and the diffuser is just for free. For a 12 month loyalty, according to the representative I called. If you tried to cancel the subscription, you would be charged the full price of the diffuser. I personally wouldn’t recommend it because although it looks aesthetically pleasing for a minimalistic look, it is not worth the money or the hassle.

Loved it at first, but the pods run out pretty quick, and they aren't the most cost effective. I wish they had an option for cleaner more essential oils only as well. I will say, the fragrances are really nice!

I’ve been using the Pura 4 for about a year now. I like the scents but they don’t last as long as I thought so I have to adjust the settings in the app. I have a dog and a cat—this is a great alternative to other air fresheners or candles. The design is sleek and modern. I recommend it for anyone with pets but make sure to adjust your settings accordingly so you don’t drain the fragrance refills. Currently using Nest’s Amalfi Lemon & Mint fragrance
