I've recently started eating healthier and focusing on gut health so I was super excited to try Prana. My favorites: 1) the Chukku Kashaya (I drink this every evening with my husband to better digest) 2) The coconut curry masala. I made this with shrimp for my whole family and everyone loved it. I love gifting Prana to people as well because it's so beautiful and different.
I use Prana Kitchens in my cooking all the time. In my opinion, one of the standout spice blends they offer is Ellu Podi. I love the taste of sesame in my food and the freshness of this blend really comes to life when making traditional South Indian dishes or my favourite tofu curry.
Also, I used to be a pastry chef and nothing flavours my favourite baked goods more than their Chai Masala. I use it all the time for my apple pies, mango lassi cheesecakes, and more!
Prana Kitchens is the beautiful amalgamation of health, flavor and connection with the source of the food. As someone who is passionate of eating healthy, making sure my kids eat healthy AND making sure our beloved Mother Earth is well preserved for the future generations to come, Prana Kitchens meets all these criteria. The care with which each product is prepared is evident when I use it.
It is hard to chose any favorites as every product I have tried has become my favorite. Some of the ones that I use regularly are the Chai Masala, Utsava Spice, Garam Masala, Red Rice Kichadi, Samedha Mukhwas, Chukku Kashaya, and Forbidden Rice Kongee.
I can't rave enough about their products. You have to try it now to discover the bursts of incredible flavor.
