Upgrade the interior fabric material and insole.

The site's are beautiful, comfortable and the leather outside wears well without create deep creases.

However, the inside is not as durable. Have only had for a little over half a year, and the heel area fabric is all work through. I wear almost everyday, but don't run, or even walk long distances in them. 

The heel part of insole also has started to discolor to a brown color, and I wear these almost exclusively with socks.

You better get the EXACT, correct size or you will be the owner of two paperweights! They won't help you once they have your money!
Tried to buy these shoes for my husband from "Deals" offered on ABC. A great why to try a product at a lower cost. The shoes came but my husband needed a larger size. I went to their website to try to exchange which is not an option. I tried repeatedly to call and always receive the same message...they are out and can't take your call. I have tried to email as well. My husband has also tried to call and email. We finally were told we can "pay" to return them for a credit that will not be enough to by a single pair of their shoes. Basically I got screwed out of $85. I am in marketing and definitely will market my experience to all I can.

Tried to Exchange my husbands shoes since they run small. Got a two week run around and then told I can’t exchange them because I bought them off GMA show ?! Terrible customer service. Will donate the shoes .
