Pludo includes silica, which is sand. Silica is often used in powders to prevent clumping and to help it flow smoothly through industrial machinery.

Bought the variety pack to test out all flavors and liked them a lot. The flavors all seemed pretty subtle to me, and didn't taste artificial which was great! I expected watermelon to be my favorite but was actually 3rd for me. I was looking to test out a new-to-me hydration powder that I'd enjoy using during pregnancy and I'm no expert (I've only tried Liquid IV before this) but thought this was a wonderful option.

I’ve tried so many electrolyte supplements and this one has been the best. The flavor is not overpowering and it doesn’t taste artificial. The ingredients are clean and organic. I will be purchasing again.

Pludo is THE hydration pack. I’ve used it after long nights out, volleyball tournaments in the summer heat, and staying hydrated while traveling! It’s also much less sweet than other hydration packs which I love, yuzu flavor is real tasty! Also, a little goes a long way with these.
