Pepper earns polarized reviews: many praise the brand for bras that finally fit small chests without gaping—standouts include the Limitless Wirefree Scoop Bra and the Ultimate Contour T‑Shirt Bra—indicating the brand works for targeted sizing and comfort. Reviews also flag weaknesses including visible seams under clingy tops, inconsistent sizing, scratchy or flimsy materials that fray or deform after a few washes, strapless styles chafing, and limited color variety, making quality and durability the key concerns for would‑be buyers.

  • Very weird sizing that is misleading, and yes, while they do not have cup gaps and that's cool, it's the only bragging feature. The bras were not super comfortable and the padding in them slips around and bunches weird. Unfortunately it is difficult to return without losses if they don't fit you well, and you get stuck exchanging and putting up with a mediocre bra. Pepper belongs in the same category as every other instagram ad-hyped product that you really don't need. Not terrible, but definitely not great, and probably better to find a legit bra shop and work with someone to find a size and brand that fits you best, I recall Calvin Klein producing some good options, and honestly even Target makes bras that I prefer over these that are FAR easier to try on/return until you get your size right.

  • TLDR: Great fit, cheaply made product that's coming undone after just a few weeks of wear. I ordered almost all of the bras on their site as I didn't really know how they would fit. I landed on keeping the Ultimate Contour T-Shirt Bra as it both fit me well (YAY!) and was comfortable. As an FYI I'm short with an athletic build (5'2", 120lb). While I liked the fit of the other bras, I felt like the fabric/cuts weren't quite as comfortable so I returned the others. I also kept a Mesh All You Thong as the underwear isn't returnable (didn't realize that). I've now had the bra and underwear about 5 weeks, wearing the bra and underwear just a handful of times. One of the cups of the bra is already dented such that shirts don't lie flat against it. And the underwear stitching is coming unraveled. I have washed both gently and haven't machine dried, but regardless of that, there's no reason that these should be falling apart so quickly. Even with the great fit, I'm not sure I'd buy from this brand again. I'd rather have something that will last past a couple of wears.

  • I am literally appalled by the targeted advertising this brand is doing. It somehow figured out I have small boobs and for the last year I have gotten one ad from them almost every day. These include videos of influencers pointing at the gap in their bras and saying "ew" and women speaking negatively about having small boobs. They're honestly working pretty hard to make women with small boobs feel bad about it so we buy their bras which we don't actually need. I was just ignoring the ads at first but like I said, it's been an entire year and I'm pretty disgusted by how relentless these ads have been.

  • I got the black with the mesh material. No wire and supposed to be the right fit. I don't like how you made the band stretchy at the back but there is zero stretch or give underneath and in-between the breasts. So it feels tight and is uncomfortable. The stitch work was very bad... the mesh doesn't line up with the padding beneath... it has but one measly stitch in it to hold it in place. You can see the bra under shirts and its just not functional. Not only that... I paid way too much for this. It was almost $100 to ship to Canada for 0.2 g of weight in fabric? Just a robbery. And your customer service has terrible reviews so I'm not even attempting to get a refund. Don't get your bra here just go to Ardenes and buy little girl bikini tops they work way better. Pepper ... do WAY better .

Everything. Use quality fabric through the WHOLE GARMENT.

  • I have the wire free bra and have mostly positive things to say! First and foremost, it fits my flat chest! Being small chested, uni-boob isn’t really a thing, but i do feel it edges toward that look when i wear tight shirts. The seams around the clasping mechanism are also a bit scratchy - I have to make sure the tag is laid down over it, otherwise it’s quite irritating.

  • I wanted to love this company and their bras, but after spending almost $300 on a selection of six, my purchase is sadly filed under 2022 regrets.

The custom laundry bag I bought for delicate washing holds only one bra, and the zipper (even when tucked) opens during the wash cycle more often then not (an issue noted by many other reviewers). An old-fashioned lingerie bag that holds six or more bras and is available for half the price works far better. The Multiway Strapless bra has a plasticky gripper band that left red welts on my chest that scaled and bled, leaving me uncomfortable for over a week after removing the bra-- far worse than any underwire. Thinking I may have had a latex or other allergic reaction, I overlooked this experience, but later found that the Lift Up bra was inconsistently sized when compared with four other styles which fit me. Tags were still on but I was slightly outside the 30 day period, so Pepper declined my request for return or exchange. I am small chested with scrawny to slender build and had high hopes for my Pepper experience, but will not spend any more money after such a mixed experience and three unreturnable "misses" on pricey purchases. Results are too unreliable.
