Avoid! Coloured bamboo towels and bedding caused severe skin itchiness despite being washed before use. White items were fine. The company refused a refund despite the products being unusable for me.

I have purchased a fitted sheet and a duvet. Sheet is soft and feels like satin, just a bit more natural. Easy to wash. It’s oversized so doesn’t fit properly which is a bummer. Duvet on the other hand was an absolute nightmare and a waste of money (so expensive too). It arrived with a strong smell that wouldn’t air out - in my desperation to make it useable I tried washing it (even though it says do not wash). Well, it did not help with the smell, it still was strong and I ended up binning the duvet without ever being able to use it. Customer service was non existent, I never received a reply. Based on this I do not recommend the company, you can buy bamboo bedding elsewhere. Better yet, if you can afford it, skip the bamboo and buy eucalyptus silk instead which feels more natural.
