  • My experience raises concerns about this company’s subscription billing practices. The pre-renewal email I received appeared promotional and did not clearly communicate that a charge would occur. The subject line was truncated and did not indicate a billing event, which did not provide a meaningful opportunity to cancel. After being charged, I canceled immediately and contacted the company. They refused to provide a full refund and instead required me to pay to return an unwanted shipment for only a partial refund. Consumers should be aware that renewal notices may not be presented in a clear or transparent manner.
