OXB | Sweatproof Jewelry reviews and discussion

First of all, I love this brand, their mission, and that it’s a Denver-based business. I have a couple of incredible pieces that I continue to love and I would suggest their pure gold pieces. I have experienced problems with a few of the necklaces- Two have broken (I took them both in and paid to have them fixed), one broke again quickly after that, and one immediately turned my neck green. When I wrote to their customer service concerning the color change, I received a templated e-mail explaining that it’s my skin’s natural reaction (even though I had other pieces without the same reaction). When I then brought it in to show what was going on, I was told it could be my skin or a face wash I was using (again, even though other pieces weren’t having the same effect). It was a disappointing and costly purchase and it’s made me hesitant to continue to buy more pieces.

Super cute when it arrived. I had asked my hubby for the golf filled chain which cost 3 times more but was worth the it for me as I wanted it to last. Broke after 2 weeks. Save your money, cheap and not worth it. Customer service sucks.

I have multiple pieces from OXB and the quality is fantastic! I work out and shower in them and never take them off- they still look like new! Fast shipping too! I have recommend them to friends and they all love their purchases. I will definitely be getting more!!!

I recently purchased my 4th necklace from OXB. I love jewelry & this brand is amazing! The satellite chain is my favorite everyday necklace. The disco chain has been my favorite right now at the holidays getting a little more dressed up.
