First of all, I love this brand, their mission, and that it’s a Denver-based business. I have a couple of incredible pieces that I continue to love and I would suggest their pure gold pieces. I have experienced problems with a few of the necklaces- Two have broken (I took them both in and paid to have them fixed), one broke again quickly after that, and one immediately turned my neck green. When I wrote to their customer service concerning the color change, I received a templated e-mail explaining that it’s my skin’s natural reaction (even though I had other pieces without the same reaction). When I then brought it in to show what was going on, I was told it could be my skin or a face wash I was using (again, even though other pieces weren’t having the same effect). It was a disappointing and costly purchase and it’s made me hesitant to continue to buy more pieces.
