I purchased their Freesip Sway Bottle in black cherry. I washed it before use in lukewarm water. 3 hours later I noticed several white spots on the bottle. Pinhole size. I looked closer to find that it was holes from where the exterior coating had come off. I then noticed all of the crack lines running throughout the exterior coating. This was my first time using a Owala and it’s also my last. Cheap garbage that didn’t last past 1 wash or 3 hours of use.
