The product took an awfully long time to ship due to a back order. I finally got to try my products last night and this morning I checked out my dry hair and WOW the shine, the scent and the softness of my hair was marvelous!! My hair did have shedding but that could be because I was waiting 3 weeks before washing my hair with these products. Yet the slip was still good when using the shampoo, mask and leave-in. I didn’t try the pre-poo oil because I don’t like one of the ingredients. I’ll try the refresher before I wash again. I would have given 5 stars however, I need to find out if my hair has any changes where the hair no longer floats to the top but floats to the bottom and therefore should I change products? Or can I keep using these? So far, I haven’t heard from anyone. Thanks so much for creating this brand.

Terrible on 4c black hair. Felt like a shampoo and conditioner from a cheap hotel. Shampoo is very drying. Conditioner didn’t soften or detangle. I also lost more hair than usual. Impossible to read labels as well. I felt like this was a complete internet scam and they just put a basic shampoo and conditioner into fancy bottles.

The products are very good in my personal opinion, I love that the cleanser has a nice lather with slip my curls loved that. And I love the idea of building your own regimen with specific products from the line, as we have unique patterns/ textures. I enjoy using my products, and can’t wait to see what’s next!

I purchased the pre cleanse hair oil shampoo, conditioner and leave-in . First of all. The hair oil made my scalp itch like mad. I washed it out with the shampoo. Very moisturizing but my scalp started to itch more. I then used the conditioner. Minimal slip. Absolutely no moisture. My hair felt like it had been clarified. Upon rinsing out my hair was dry like sandpaper. Leave-in gave me no moisture and barely detangled. So far the line was a total bust for me. I'm asking for a refund. In the trash it all goes. By the way I have 3c hair that is color treated. Muy scalp is on fire as I write this review. I did order the scalp lotion for moisture in a separate order. Wish I hadn't done that. Hope it works for others but I think the pH wasn't right for my hair

I have almost used all of the detox regimen after ordering it when it launched. As a woman with Nigerian origin and 4C hair, it has been an amazing experience to watch my hair soak up this product and flourish in its health and growth!
