What is happening? Is this a SCAM!?? I returned the item upon their instruction and have never heard back from them!! I followed up multiple times, but they are just IGNORING!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, despite being premium price!!

I've purchased the classic swimsuits as gifts and they're well-loved and high quality, I always stick to the solid colors but have seen the beach prints which are cool too. They're not cheap at $275, but I've never paid full price since you can usually find a good deal at their outlet stores. I purchased the towel polo for my dad which was so soft to begin with but did not hold up over time after washes. Pretty unfortunate given the price!
