Plantar fasciitis, so no more bare feet at home: exacerbates the condition, apparently. Sufficiently desperate, I cross indexed different reviews, and this brand was mentioned, usually in the top five of recommended brands. They aren’t a fuzzy and warm slipper - they look more like lightweight ‘outside’ shoes, and insole feels slightly odd on bare feet- but they have REALLY excellent arch support. Fully washable too. They are snug fitting, so thin socks only.

We're a Oofos family! I have the sports recovery slides, my dad has the shoes and my finance has the slides too. So comfy. Can’t recommend it enough especially after long gym sessions!

I was given a pair of the mens sandals for a gift. They are unlike any flip flop or sandal I've ever used. They are SO comfortable. I felt like I was walking on clouds! They are made of a unique "foam" that cradles your foot - you can wear them all day and they still feel very comfortable. I think I could walk further because of how comfortable they are. I've bought a second and and a third pair.

Oofos are magic. I tried so many different orthotics and exercises for my plantar fasciitis and Oofos were the only thing to ever work. I now have 3 pairs of both sneakers and sandals and also a pair of the clogs. I probably spend 95% of my waking hours in Oofos. My mom is a nurse and when her feet started hurting at work I recommend Oofos. Now her entire floor wears them they all love them so much. I will say that if plantar fasciitis runs in your family, I recommend against getting the black sandals. There's nothing wrong with the product... you just may show up to your family vacation rental and realize everyone needs to label their shoes. Some more serious downsides: The clogs are very warm and will make your feet sweat. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone living in a warm climate. The sneakers do wear out faster than a typical sneaker (I still get a solid year of use out of them, more now that I buy multiple colors). Something about the material of the sandals/clogs makes a lot of my foster dogs think they're toys. I have had multiple dogs that would not chew any other shoes, but would try to chew my Oofos sandals. Obviously this is an easy fix with training so this is more of an FYI/heads up to dog owners.
