Such a great design, and the components are cute and very well made. I loved the handwritten note from the founder as a packaging touch, it felt personal! The grippy pattern on the back of the towel paired with the gold button snaps at the corners makes it nice and stable during my stretch sessions. I would recommend this to anyone tired of sliding on their mat 😭

I purchased a mat and towel system from the One Self website. I received in a timely manner. It was packaged well. You can see special touches they made. Natalie, the founder at One Self sent a nice personal note with the order. The mat itself has a nice logo on it. The concept is great with the snappable towels and mats. Towel stays on good and I haven't seen any other like it. My only suggestion and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the mat is heavy. Is there a way to make the mat lighter and thicker or somehow make a strap to carry it. I outshined everyone in class and they wanted to know where I got it from.

Material is super thick and I love when the mat has grips on the bottom so it's not sliding around during the workout. The patterns are super cute! I usually go more plain so it was fun to branch out. I tried the polka dots and it's so cute.

I am working 3 times a week with a meta physical therapist. What this means is she works on the body physically and mentally. I started working out with her doing weight training and yoga as well as brain training and harmoniums which has had a tremendous positive impact on me and my health. As of right now my abdominal and pelvic CT showered I have new lesions that could be deep endometriosis. I did have my first endocrinologist surgery last year September 10th. I am only 6 months post op. I got this yoga hand towel to take with me so I can clean off my sweaty hands during and after our sessions.

I was skeptical to buy because of the price tag but WOW, this is a high quality mat! I’m used to buying cheap yoga mats from stores like TJ Maxx and Marshalls and end up replacing them every few months because the foam starts to tear or they start to dent in certain places while I’ve only used this twice. I can already tell the quality and sturdiness of the mat is unmatched - I do hot yoga twice a week and have used it twice so far. It is easy to clean, and I didn’t slip once. Plusthe towels that snap on our perfect - I am so picky about towel texture especially during workouts. These are so comfortable and absorb everything without becoming too damp - plus they are so cute. The snap effect is perfect for preventing slipping. I’m really happy that I invested in this for my practice and hope it continues to last.

I’ve been using this yoga mat and towel for a while now, and it definitely helps during all my workouts. It absorbs sweat well, makes it easier to hold poses and the towel does not slip around, thanks to the pretty snaps! I purchased the Ballet (pink), super cute.
