    Love the taste, that they are caffeine free, gluten free, a B Corp and the boost of B12 it has. The only drawback is that they are not vegan. I’d recommend them if you don’t mind that they are not vegan and totally in plastic.

    These are really effective, I’ve switched from regular melatonin pills to these. I wish they came in varying strengths, and other flavors (the blackberry mint is fine, not my favorite). The mini packs for travel are also super helpful, especially if you want to mitigate jet lag.

    I’ve been using the combat cravings for the past week and it works pretty well in my opinion. Usually, I would just take one throughout the day, preferably in the morning so that I wouldn’t have craving throughout the day. I wouldn’t say exactly supports metabolism, but I would say it is great for trying to reduce cravings that you would have. I think I got this at Walmart. 9.5/10

    I liked this product however I feel they take a little while to work. I started noticing results towards the end of the bottle. I felt my gut health had strengthened which made me feel more energized and better at managing my stress.
