    Love the taste, that they are caffeine free, gluten free, a B Corp and the boost of B12 it has. The only drawback is that they are not vegan. I’d recommend them if you don’t mind that they are not vegan and totally in plastic.

    These are really effective, I’ve switched from regular melatonin pills to these. I wish they came in varying strengths, and other flavors (the blackberry mint is fine, not my favorite). The mini packs for travel are also super helpful, especially if you want to mitigate jet lag.

    I liked this product however I feel they take a little while to work. I started noticing results towards the end of the bottle. I felt my gut health had strengthened which made me feel more energized and better at managing my stress.

    I have been trying to get my sweet tooth husband to take more supplements for ages and it's always been a struggle but he seems to really enjoy these! In fact he has now repurchased these himself which is always a good sign!
