It's really difficult to find high-quality olive oil at a. reasonable price point int he US. Olivo Amigo is exactly what you'd expect from a high-quality Spanish olive oil distributer. The oil is complex, smooth, and very tasty all on its' own. I'm knocking it down one star because it's hard to find and source, is pretty pricey for a Spanish varietal, and doesn't really stand out in the recent onslaught of olive oil releases to the market. It's very good, I wouldn't kick it out of bed, but this is a fling for me.
