I absolutely love the color of this bag and the vegan leather looks really nice in person, but I do think it ended up being a little less practical than I hoped. It's great for holding my big work laptop but it's already starting to break and I haven't had it very long. For a bag at this price I was hoping it would be a little higher quality. It's so cute and I get a lot of compliments but I worry how long it will last given it's already starting to break.

Hi Olend Team I'm writing because I recently made a purchase and (ONA) honestly, I don’t think the item I received is worth €80, and I felt quite disappointed. I bought it thinking I was supporting an independent brand —maybe it is, I’m not sure— but the product reminded me a lot of a generic handbag. Also, the bag arrived with a very strong and unpleasant smell. I also thought it was a waterproof bag, but now I’m not sure, and no one was able to confirm that. In the promotional reels, internal compartments are shown that my bag doesn’t have. I actually asked about that too, but didn’t receive any reply. On top of that, it’s smaller than it appears in the photos and videos. While it does serve the purpose I needed it for, it’s not what I expected for a price of €80. PS: You will find the same model at TEMU starting in 7/10 euros depending the size ;)

I want to love my Olend Ona so much. It is so good looking, I love the material, and the *idea* that it can be either a backpack or a shoulder bag is so smart. I have taken it on a multiple trips now, and it's just not giving me what I need. First of all, it is HARD WORK transforming those straps from one mode to the other, so after a while I just stuck with backpack, since I already have too many shoulder bags and these straps slide down the shoulder too much. In backback mode though, the straps are not holding up the tension while in use, so the inside has completely bunched up, leaving the top of my straps hollow. Points for water-resistance and it truly is a good-looking, high-quality bag. I think with time another iteration can be *chefs kiss.* Lmk when that day is!

I have a coral ona soft bag, and it’s fantastic. Originally I purchased it as a travel bag but it quickly transitioned into my everyday bag. It holds a ton, it’s easy to clean and I love the color. Everywhere I go people will comment on it or ask where I got it. It’s by far the most complimented thing I own.

Waiting for my refund for over 6 weeks now! No answer on emails... Not trustful!!

The red bag is a beautiful color and it fits a lot of stuff. Only downside is the straps can become uncomfortable after a day of carrying around a day’s worth of things.
