Customer service is amazing. 
I know this because I’ve had to return/replace my grip 3 times. 

I love the car mount. The charger is awesome. It’s great being able to stick my phone anywhere metal.

The grip itself — well, it breaks easily.  
The 2.0 grip stayed flush when not being used. It didn’t get stuck on my pockets. But the band snapped. 

I got the 3.0. It’s much harder to “open” and has to be snapped back shit otherwise it catches on my pocket. 

My 3.0 has broken twice already. It gets replaced right away, no questions asked, but it’s annoying. If I didn’t already have the rest of the system (car holder and phone charger) I probably would get one of the other options that now exist. 

Commercials are hilarious tho. Fun brand. 

I got swindled in to purchasing the snap pro 3 from an instagram ad and was so excited about it. Since this is a small company the customer service is really not it. The snap 3 pro its self is cool but I've had it for 3 months and its already starting to break and I don't think it'll last. They did send me a second one because I submitted a warranty claim.
