OGL offers excellent quality, and the styling is modern and comfortable. I was very pleased with my order and received great customer service from Monica when I had to exchange an item.

These pants are my favorite pants ever! And I am in my late 50's - so I have owned plenty of pants. The fabric is so soft and stretchy and comfortable and made of healthier fibers. I own them in Smoky Navy and wear them mulitple times a week. I made a comment on Reddit that I keep checking back to see if OGL adds them in black - and someone from the company emailed me to say she requested to the buyers that they add it in black. The OGL customer service is amazing!! The clothing comes wrapped in paper - not plastic!! I buy natural fiber clothing to avoid the microplastics and harmful chemical dyes - and when they arrive wrapped in plastic, it makes me scratch my head. I tell everyone about OGL and highly recommend their clothing!

Great customer service - they offered me great exchange / return options when you usually don’t get much choice and you’re often the one totally inconvenienced. It’s nice to see a company putting customer satisfaction first, and it’ll definitely make me come back for more! I may have a whole closet of their clothing before long - I love everything on the site! And upon receipt, the materials feel and look great - very nice quality and style.

I purchased 2 dresses. The black bra dress is perfection! I love it so much. The second dress did not have the built in bra and as lovely as the colour is it didn’t suit me. I wanted to return and customer service was the best ever. They helped me select another item and were very generous in the exchange. I appreciate how careful they are with their carbon footprint and it shows in how they manufacture and aim to reduce excessive shipping . I am grateful to have found this company.

This top looks very professional. I am happy to add it to my work collection. There isn't much stretch to the material, so keep this in mind when ordering. I have the dark berry red colour and it is lovely. If you have an issue with the size you order, contact customer service. They are highly motivated to ensure you receive pieces that you love.

I have a few OGL pieces. I have this dress in the Antique Gold colour, it is beautiful. The fabric holds its form, not easily wrinkled. The top part is a bit long for my short torso, but being a dress, it is not a problem. Very classy, highly recommend. Additionally, customer service is exceptional and very motivated to ensure you receive pieces that work for you.

The jumpsuit fits my body to the T. The comfort and fit and getti getting in and out of it are the utmost.

I am absolutely in love with OGL: I've bought from them countless times and I'm always delighted by how beautiful, comfortable, and breathable their pieces are. They make you look elegant, yet feel as comfortable as if you were wearing pajamas. The softness of the fabrics is amazing. For the first time, with my last order, one of the dresses I ordered didn't fit me quite as well as I'd expected. When I contacted customer service (which I'd never done before), Minney was incredibly helpful, offering me plenty of options and making it easy to find the perfect solution. I'm so pleased to see that the customer service lives up to the high standards of the designs and the quality of the garments. I'll be back, as always!

I was very impressed with the service that was provided to me when I wasn't satisfied with my first order with OFL. The fit wasn't good for me and I was given the opportunity to choose other models which I ordered and was very happy with the products. The look and the quality is exceptional. Will definitely order again with OGL.

My experience with OGL was extremely positive from start to finish. The products I purchased (the Lyocell Wool Skirt and matching Surplice Top) were of very nice quality and exactly as described. The fabric is heavy, yet comfortable and drapes beautifully. (Frankly, much nicer than I'd expected.) These pieces will become staples in my wardrobe. What was even better was the customer service and the entire size-exchange process. Jessica, the CS representative made it a seamless, reassuring and straightforward experience. I will not hesitate to buy OGL products in the future.

I love the styles. Some of clothing has a nice quality. I'm really surprised. Customer service is good. I have asked for a refund and they countered with exchange of equal value and to keep the outfit that I wanted to exchange. Waiting to see if I like the new product.

I took a chance and ordered a few items after seeing an ad on Facebook. I ordered several tops for myself, a dress and an outfit for my mom. I decided the color and style of one brami top did not suit me and the dress I ordered was a bit tight. I emailed customer support to see about exchanging my items. I was pleasantly surprised that all I had to do was pay shipping to exchange without sending the originals back. I can give the other items to my friends an share these comfy clothes! Great service and great products!

This set is so soft and comfortable yet stylish and chic. Feels like I'm wearing sweatpants! The fabric is high quality and feels thick and weighted. I also bought the belted shawl collar robe jacket but it was huge despite it being an XS. I'm 5'1" and 116 lbs. The return process was incredible. They told me to just keep the jacket and choose any item(s) of equal or lesser value in replacement. I just had to pay $8.99 for shipping. I ordered two items that ended up being $4 over. I emailed to ask how to pay the difference, and they volunteered to swallow the cost! That customer service is almost unheard of.

I accidentally encountered OGL through the social media and gave it a try. After ordering a few wonderful outfits from OGL , I fall in love with this brand. Fabrics and designs made very comfortable and true to size with some extra stretch. OGL TOPS easily became my favourite and replaced items from another famous brand I had in my collection. I recommend this brand now to all my friends.
