Love everything I’ve ordered. Their product is so well made and fits perfectly. They have great colors to choose from and they arrive on time. Their customer service is the best I’ve interacted with. Love this company!

Customer service is very helpful and friendly

This may be a long story for some, but I believe without the details, it just does not explain the significance of the service I received from Jessica and Melissa. About eight weeks ago I ordered two pair of pants from OGL. I was outside hanging a planter up while standing on a step trying to gain a few more inches. I’m a petite at 5’4” so every inch matters 😊 I crossed over my leg to get a better balance on the step, but there was no more step. I tripped over my ankle and came down hard on the slate pathway. I won’t go into the ambulance ride and all of that - suffice to say I was in incredible pain and shock. I was diagnosed with a broken fibula and Tina and scheduled for surgery to have plates and pins put in. I was in hospital for one week. While the wonderful nurses did their very best to manage pain etc. I was not in a good space in my head. My family were fantastic and understanding, but I had been told I would be eight weeks of non-bearing weight which meant it was June on our beautiful Island and I wasn’t going to get to do many of the things with family we had planned. Again, not in a great headspace. A couple of days after I returned home my daughter brought in my mail and there were my packages from OGL. I had noticed when I ordered them that it had said they ran small, but didn’t taken that into consideration. As soon as I held the pants up I could tell they would be too small. I know this sounds like the silliest thing, but it was like the final straw! I cried, I was so frustrated, how was I going to return these, what kind of hassle was I going to get - I just couldn’t do it! Several days passed, and I thought I would just contact OGL and explain that I’d ordered the incorrect size but not go into further detail. I was gobsmacked in a time where we spend money in shops and are then asked to pay .25 cents for a bag to put the items in, by the response I received. “No problem at all and here is the link with all the information you’ll need. Thanks for choosing our company.” While I had been feeling pretty sorry for myself, I’m embarrassed to say, I was just so grateful for this response! I emailed back thanking them and explaining about what had happened- again a response that was kind and helpful. Two customer service representatives went above and beyond- Jessica and Melissa. These ladies acknowledged that this was more than a purchase. Thank you ladies! I have been a customer of OGL since 2024 and have shared my feedback of the excellent quality with many many friends who have also purchased items. My new pants are on their way and while I won’t get to wear them for a little while yet - I can’t wait to see them. Thanks for making petite sizes OGL! After this latest experience, I no longer feel like a customer, I feel like one of the team! I want to support good people doing good things! I apologize for the long message, but wanted to share. Amazing quality!! — the material is so soft and has a nice weight and drape, and is cool to the touch. The midi length was also perfect for my height. As for customer service, I give them an A+++. I ordered two dresses in size XS and they were a tad bit tight under the bust. I thought I was XS according to the size chart but maybe I’m in between sizes. For reference I’m 5’2” and 105 lbs with a bust size of 32B. Well they offered to send me the size S in both dresses, and I could keep the XS dresses at no charge (I will probably gift them to a friend), I only had to pay a small shipping fee. Between the quality and customer service, I will definitely be returning!

I had to exchange a couple of items from my order due to sizing. I had the pleasure of being assigned by Grace, who was fenominal ! She responded to my exchange request promptly, emailing clear instructions with links. Before fulfilling the exchange, Grace sent me an email with itemized (picture) of each item and size, ensuring acracy and customer satisfaction. I love this company, their quality products and the exceptional care they show their customer base, truely committed to delivering an exceptional client experience! Thank you Grace!! 😘

I ordered 4 tops and all of them except one worked for me. I didn't like that the chest padding was oddly small — I sent it back, but honestly it looks better without it anyway (I have a larger chest). Without the pads I actually like it more. Some of these tops show under certain t-shirts and the fabric is wonderful — pure cotton. Overall I really liked the colors and materials, everything fits great and the size guide was accurate for me. I also spoke with Grace from customer support and she was absolutely wonderful and very helpful.

I was not too happy with the fit of this dress on me, and wanted to exchange it. I reached out to customer service, and Monica has been most helpful with the exchange. I have previously bought products from OGL that I am very happy with, as the quality and make is great. Now I know customer service is too.

All OGL skirts I have purchased are beautiful and have great movement. I usually don't even like maxi skirts on me, but OGLs are so flattering and I can't stop buying them! Customer service is great too. The only thing I wish is that the waistbands were less tight. They really dig into my waist even though they fit perfectly everywhere else, and that part is unflattering.

It was my first time ordering from OGL. All 4 items I ordered arrived so quickly. Unfortunately, due to the styles I chose, most of the items were too small. I was so impressed with the immediate response from the customer service. It was a easy communicating with Grace and I am very happy with the options to replace my items. I am excited for the new items I ordered as I know the OGL uses quality material and the stitching is clean.

Purchased the viscose linen Vneck dress, and it looks lovely. The material is very soft, and I love that the dress has pockets. I also purchased a top which did not fit ideally so contacted Customer Service. Grace was a huge help with enabling me to get a different top at an affordable price. Really appreciate the approach by this store.
