Reviews of OGL highlight flattering fits, seasonal fabric tech (Thermal/Cool Sensation), and frequent praise for responsive agents like Bonnie and Jessica, but also report poor experiences with returns, delayed or missing orders, and accusations of a restrictive, exchange‑heavy return process.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. I’m especially sorry to hear that the exchanged item still didn’t fit well. After going through the return process, I can only imagine how frustrating that must feel.

I also want to sincerely apologize if any of our communication came across as discouraging or misleading. That was never our intention. We never want to make returns difficult or pressure anyone into exchanges or gift cards. While we may sometimes suggest alternatives to save time and reduce waste, a return should always remain a clear and available option.

High Rise Pull On Wide Leg Pant

Horrible experience so far, "linen" pants are truly awful and cheap. They have a returns scam. I have run into this before and was concerned prior to ordering. Their website says 365 Easy returns however they send you emails trying to persuade you to exchange or take a gift cards. I ordered multiple items to try different sizes spent $250 and all pieces are awful. I cannot secure a return code. Please beware if the clothes do not fit you're stuck. I will be opening a dispute with my credit card company.
