OGL creates comfortable, sustainable & innovative apparel for lovers of life

As a proud B Corp, we believe that the daily routine of getting dressed should be an experience of ongoing gratitude and love — the words that inspired our name, OGL. Our mission is to connect humans and nature through sustainable fashion. That's why we set out to design elevated basics made from innovative fabrics, and 1% of your order will support our work in protecting the environment. We are also committed to minimizing our carbon footprint. Our fabrics and packaging are manufactured according to the best practices outlined by the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

Clothing

OGL earns mixed reviews: the brand delights many with elevated basics—especially brami tops with built‑in bras, buttery‑soft fabrics, and versatile sets—yet draws criticism for inconsistent sizing and confusion around sustainability claims. Reviews of OGL highlight flattering fits, seasonal fabric tech (Thermal/Cool Sensation), and frequent praise for responsive agents like Bonnie and Jessica, but also report poor experiences with returns, delayed or missing orders, and accusations of a restrictive, exchange‑heavy return process.

Hi Carrie,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I am truly sorry for the frustration and confusion this has caused. This is absolutely not the experience we want any of our customers to have.

I sincerely apologize if it felt like your emails went unanswered. Sometimes order or tracking emails can be filtered or auto-archived by email providers, but that should never make you feel ignored. I also apologize that the review request emails were sent before your order issue was resolved. I completely understand how upsetting that must have been.

Please know we genuinely want to make this right. If you are willing, I would really appreciate the opportunity to personally look into this and resolve it properly, whether that means locating your parcel or issuing a full refund. Could you please email me directly at bonnie@oglmove.com? I will prioritize your case immediately. No customer should ever be left without their order or a clear resolution.

I truly look forward to hearing from you.

Warmly,
Bonnie from OGLmove

I cannot comment on quality since I never got my order. I don’t know how they did it- but the tracking updates in my email ( that I did not delete) disappeared, along with the order number. I have sent emails asking for a reply and refund with no reply. Yet- they continue to send me emails asking me to rate the clothes???? Clothes I NEVER GOT.

SO COMFY! Great fabric and versatile styling options. And there are pockets! Love wearing these comfortable pants..like a very stylish sweat pant.
