  • Creamy, luxurious mouthfeel
  • Reliable, barista-grade frothing
  • Smooth, neutral oat flavor
  • Versatile, beverage performance
  • Additive-heavy ingredient list
  • Seed oil, rapeseed inclusion
  • Occasional digestive discomfort
  • Sometimes overly sweet taste

Oatly impresses in reviews for café-worthy performance—its Barista Edition froths reliably and delivers a creamy, smooth texture that elevates coffee, matcha, and lattes—while dividing opinion over formulation. Fans praise the rich mouthfeel, neutral-to-oaty flavor, and versatility across baking, cereal, and smoothies; critics cite seed/rapeseed oils, gums/additives, sweetness, and occasional digestive upset as drawbacks. Overall, Oatly is considered a top-tasting, highly consistent oat milk for beverages, but less appealing to buyers prioritizing ultra‑clean ingredients.

    More natural formulation

  • I love oatly! The No milk tastes so good . My go too when it comes to oatmilk!

    Feedback

    More variations, vanilla etc

  • Doesn't froth well even though it says it is barista friendly. Packaging is also tiny, wish it came in a bigger carton.

  • Not someone who usually cares for nut milks, so oat milks have been a great alternative.

    Feedback

Less additives in recipe, I would only choose Oatly if there weren't any other options.

  • Best Oatmilk. I'm spoiled. Can't drink anything else.

    Feedback

I wish it had less sugar.

  • Excellent brand. Great product taste and texture. Highly recognizable.

    Feedback

    Nothing.

  • I personally dislike the texture of this milk. it has a rough taste to it.

    Feedback

Would love a more smoother texture experience.

  • Creamy and delicious. I pop some in with my morning coffees and am always satisfied!

  • I really like this oat milk especially the barista edition! I think it froths really nicely and blends super well with coffee and other drinks.

    Feedback

I think honestly the barista edition could be a touch creamier.

  • My daughter and I love this brand. Usually I can't take dairy without feeling nauseated or sick. But after trying this brand, it goes down actually quite smoothyl! The packaging stood out and I heard about this brand from a funny commercial and read about the brand from an article. Glad I tried this out and now I'm a forever fan!

  • Delicious taste (sweetness) It has become a staple in the house. Always buying it in the supermarket now.

    Feedback

Could they make it lower calorie?

  • Nice tasting oat drinks that work as a milk substitute in tea and coffee - would not recommend in porridge as a personal preference.

    Feedback

If feasible, smaller cartons of oat drink would be useful and reduce wastage for people who use the product variably or in small quantities.

  • One of the first Oat-milks I tried and it’s good but not the best. I prefer a super creamy oat milk and this isn’t as creamy as I’d like. Overall, good oatmilk will continue to purchase if needed.

  • This oat milk is the best on the market - the only one I can find that gives me a decently thick foam when I try to make a flat white at home

    Feedback

Nothing it's genuinely great - maybe it could be a bit less calorie dense??

  • My favourite Oat Milk by far. Tastes the best, not too sweet, lovely moutfeel, froths perfectly and highest protein content. A*

    Feedback

Nothing at this point. Love it.

  • Tastes just like the real deal, don't feel like I'm missing anything by switching out animal milk to oat milk.

    Feedback

It's quite a bit more expensive than cows milk so I try and use it sparingly

  • I love oatmilk more than regular cows milk just because of how creamy it is! I use oatly in everything!

    Feedback

    Bigger containers

  • This is the best Oat milk out there. The Barista Edition is so good for coffees and cereals, porridge and I use it even to bake and cook. By far the best taste I have tried so far.

    Feedback

    Nothing

  • Absolute favorite “milk” to use when making coffee. I use it hot or cold and it’s wonderful either way (not something I found with the barista almond milks). It also is wonderful to froth.
