    I made my own oat milk with Numilk's grocery store machine at the WF in Williamsburg. It was fun but the station was quite messy which made me question the hygiene. The milk was tasty and did not curdle in my coffee (aka my number one criteria for oat milk).

    I must admit that I didn't fully understand the value proposition of the machine when I could just pick cheaper oat milk off the shelf. But it was fun to test once! 👀

    I don't have one of their at-home machines, but I use the big machine in the Williamsburg Whole Foods. My stomach is sensitive to the fillers in bigger brands like Oatly, but I prefer oat milk to almond milk, so having a fresh option like Numilk is really appealing to me. I love the simple ingredients and the feeling of "making" my own oat milk, too. The taste is great and I love it in matcha lattes.

    Feedback

    I wish they had a sustainable reusable bottle option (but maybe that's a qualm with Whole Foods), and I wish the cost were a bit more competitive.

    This machine is better than anything else on the market. The milks are amazing. My favorite is the oat, so rich and creamy and then the pistachio vanilla. I have tried many market cartons and none have the flavors as this company. The ingredients are non gmo, organic and limited. The process is so easy and zero mess. The carton is tiny and takes very little room in the garbage. This product is 100% the way to go. Delicious and nutritious!

    I have the Numilk home machine via their Kickstarter, but have never tried one of the larger machines located in stores. I really like the flavor pouches available with the home machine, and the machine itself. The process is pretty loud (about the same as a blender) and I've found that you need to run it multiple times to get all of the nut paste out of a single pouch. I think the pricing is a little high for the machine, but the pouches are on par with buying milk at the store. If I hadn't backed the Kickstarter I probably would not have gotten it, but now that I have it, I really do like the ease of use and convenience of having "fresh" milk. I use it a lot for making protein shakes with milk; it mixes better than any blender bottle (of course)!
