Nustrips SLEEP is a dissolvable strip you put under your tongue that kind of 'melts' under your tongue. It contains all-natural products associated with aiding individuals to fall asleep (melatonin, valerian root, L-theanine). It's advertised as having you fall asleep within 10-15 minutes. I have tried NuStrips on four different occasions. The strip under the tongue worked as described. It tasted ok. I anxiously waited, but I did not feel particularly sleepy. I'm going to continue to try NuStrips. I like the concept and I want them to work. Sweet dreams
