I picked up a packet of this spelt pasta at a pop-up store entirely because I loved the packaging, but the pasta itself was delicious, properly tasty and robust, and worked really well with a spicy tomato sauce. I like the idea of spelt pasta as I try to avoid ordinary wheat. The bags are delightful, I found the string opening a bit difficult to use but I might just have been doing it wrong!
