HORRIBLE product and customer service. Bought the APOLLO + WALLY Single Wireless Bundle, it broke after barely 6 months of use. I initiated a warranty claim to get a replacement. I had to email them multiple times to get a response. Finally they said my warranty claim was approved but I had to ship the defective charger back before they'd send the replacement. With no other way to charge my phone (port broken, why I need a wireless charger in the first place), that was impossible for me to do. They said I had to buy a WHOLE NEW charger from them, wait for it to arrive, then ship the broken one back, THEN I'd get my refund for the new purchase. Absolutely not! What a great way to scam me out of purchasing two chargers with no way to guarantee I'd even get the refund. Terrible "warranty," terrible service, avoid this company!

I got one of their small chargers (I think they're called "lite") as part of an Alltrue/Causebox subscription way back when and not only is it cute, it's also still going strong like 3-4 years later. I also love their mission so when I wanted to gift a friend a small portable charger recently, I went for Nimble.
