Overall, I am really pleased with the table that I bought and the customer service I received. I bought the rattan dining table to use as a desk and I think it works really well. The price point is really impressive for the quality. I am knocking one star off because there was a little dent (really minor) on the top of the table. Ultimately, customer service honored a price reduction and made things right!

I have a set of bookshelves from Nathan James that I love. They were easy to put together and install and have withstood a major move, and they can hold a lot of weight. I haven't tried anything else from the brand, but they seem to have some good pieces for people who want quality furnishings but can't quite break the bank.

The designs are super cute, and their prices are amazing. The quality is ok - not amazing, but still worth it for what you get. Their customer service is truly amazing, so if you have any major quality issues they will make it right.
