I went to Musely in July 2025 with a specific request re: hair loss. After the consultation, I told Musely's doctor I disagreed with her recommendation. Using their website, I canceled the order she placed and asked that the refills be canceled as well. I've tried, but there is absolutely no way for me to delete my account, remove my payment information or the prescribed treatment on the Musely website. Today I get an email that Musely has made the product I refused and they are shipping it out to me. Now I'm finding that there is absolutely no way for me to speak to a human being in Customer Service via chat, email or phone. I guess that's because they don't have a Customer Service department?!? Searched their website for 15-20 minutes before I found a way to "submit a ticket." As soon as that charge hits my credit card I am disputing it, because after reading reviews, I have very little confidence they'll resolve this to my satisfaction.
