Muji earns strong reviews as a minimalist one‑stop shop that works well for stationery, storage, and home basics—its 0.36–0.5 gel pens, notebooks, diffusers, and modular organizers draw consistent praise for smooth performance, thoughtful design, and longevity. Reviews also flag drawbacks: clothing can fit boxy or feel mid‑quality, some items (especially certain home goods) feel overpriced, pens may smudge or skip, and online selection/UX lags, making in‑store experiences distinctly better.

I love the Muji store experience, the ambiance is great! All of their products are reasonably priced and last long. I own a Muji rice cooker and I have no regrets. The quality still surprises me a year later and it's so compact!

Practical and minimalist yet charming designed. It’s usually made of very resistant materials.

Muji suitcase is a game changer. I moved across the world with a set of 1 XL 1 L & 2 carryon suitcases and I never realized how much smooth wheels and storage matter. The hardest part is staying under weight because I could fit 80lbs in this thing!

Everything is cool and sleek and I feel like I have my self together when I have something by muji.

How do I, a lover of all things stationary, describe Muji? Well, simply perfection. Their 0.5 mm pens are a dream to write with- I used them all through school and work and am about to order another set to keep writing with. They are clean and last a long time, too.

Love the quality and general vibe of the brand. Got some socks and tshirts and will definitely buy them again. Great price and great quality!

I'm a huge fan of Muji! Every time I step into their store, it's like entering a haven of well-designed, distinctive products, all meticulously crafted to meet the user's needs. I have a sizable collection of Muji pens, drawn to their wide variety of colors, styles, and nib widths. If you're into drawing, design, or simply appreciate things that look neat and clean, I highly recommend getting one of their pens and notebooks. You won't be disappointed. My favorite pen nib width is 0.38, and they've got an electric blue that is just so unique!

Love the Muji shops, they always smell amazing. Great place for cute minimalist stationery, for travel things and for little gifts, like candles, socks and notebooks.

We accidentally ran into this store. We bought a few items for the kitchen and a diffuser. All the products are well made, affordable and durable.

Love Muji. It's a fantastic place for stationary and clothing basics for any gender. Clothes are soft, simple, and good quality for the price.

I mean they’re a pretty cool store. They got pretty much everything. And I think they are a bit pricey but it’s perfect for gifts.

The materials are high quality, and the style is fairly simple and minimalistic, which I like. However, the prices are quite high for what are essentially just basics, and a lot of the products are plastic, especially the storage containers, which aren't great for the environment.

I bought a pair of shorts, pants and a t-shirt because I saw the store on the airport and it is the best decision I ever made because the clothes are sooo comfy and I have kept using them since I bought them. They have become some of my favorite comfiest pieces of clothing.

Excellent, minimal, functional brand. I use them for everything from closet organizers to my luggage now. Definitely worth a look if you're considering anything in a category they sell. Prices are reasonable, quality is always reliably great.

I could be at a Muji store for HOURS, just scouring through everything. And I'm a big fan of the minimalist look so I'm happy that I can find so many products here that cater to that aesthetic. My one critique is that I wouldn't say that their products are at "affordable prices" when one shirt costs $70.

Muji is a great option for cheap, yet very well designed practical products.

I wish I lived nearer a Muji store! It is always a “must” on my shops to visit if I’m in London, for stocking up on home organisation and stationery. I particularly rate their travel products for toiletries. They have some really clever designs for when you need to make the most of limited luggage space.
