I wish I lived nearer a Muji store! It is always a “must” on my shops to visit if I’m in London, for stocking up on home organisation and stationery. I particularly rate their travel products for toiletries. They have some really clever designs for when you need to make the most of limited luggage space.

Obsessed. Hard to walk past a Muji without going in. Have yet to buy anything from here I wasn’t raving about later.

I love the experience of shopping in Muji. It always smells great and everything is so aesthetically pleasing.

Honestly has loved everything I have ever purchased from Muji! My favorite items are the pens and little note books I keep in every single bag I have.

Muji suitcases look great but unfortunately are not fit for purpose. I bought one. On its first flight the corner got dented. The weight of the case was only 17kg well under most luggage allowance. I went back to Muji on my return to the UK to report this and to request a replacement their responce was to contact the airline. The case should be able to withstand checked in luggage handling. These do not. My friend has just called to say the wheel has broken on hers. I am a long standing customer of Muji and won two awards from them for my design ideas. ‘My Muji Product’ I am so disappointed firstly with the substandard quality of this product but even more so at their customer service.

This review is just for the cleaning system products! I've recently bought a couple of cleaning utensils - Mop, a telescopic mop handle, and two microfiber mop heads. OMG they are just horrible products. I cannot imagine anyone ever successfully using them. - the handle is kinda short and requires you to bend considerably when mopping (hello back pain). It's very easy to accidentally extend it too much and bend it. - the mop head is flexible but it makes it impossible to cover surfaces larger than 1sq m in one go. The mop head folds over itself and scratches the floor with the plastic part if you don't press on it (requires extra strength for a simple action) - the mop head for dry mopping is just garbage. it's impossible to use, it folds every single time. I wish the website had reviews and I would know that these products are badly designed before buying.

I’m love Muji! This store has got beautiful and well made items for every part of your home. The bedding is to die for as well as the endless organization items. I love my muji socks and underwear as well. A honorable mention for the stationary section with the option to customize a notebook! Definitely stop in if you are near a location or shop online for goodies for the home.

Muji isn't just a brand, its a lifestyle. Everything they produce down to their pens are amazing quality. Would 100% recommend.

Love how it's simplistic but decent quality. I love getting basics here, as the products are consistent and replaceable if something breaks. I love how the brand is cohesive and generally affordable. I do think that certain items are slightly more pricey than what I would want to pay for, however, like the wooden trays.

The 0.36 gel pens are a staple in my WFH setup. They last forever and write so smoothly. Also love their notebooks - great value for the price.

When you enter a Muji store, it is heaven! If you're a minimalist you will highly appreciate this brand they have everything from home, apparel, organizers, and my favorite, stationery! They have the best pens, notebooks, and supplies for when I was in school

My go to for just about anything! Wide selection of goods that are super high quality. Only downside is that I live in the suburbs and Muji's all the way in the city so it's always a bit of a trek for me to get to. But if you're near one and are looking for just about any miscellaneous item - they might have it!

Great shop. The feel of the store is so classic and clean and makes you feel very comfortable. I have brought many stationary products and items such as pairs of socks, hats etc over the years from here. The Birmingham shop is in the perfect place and the price point is decent.

Muji is a brand I trust while living in Japan years ago. I’m so glad to find it in US recently. Every product they sell is clean, well thought, high quality, and simple. No unnecessary thing is added to their design and ingredients, or material. I highly recommend Muji.

Manager followed me around store. Was belligerent rude. She always follows people around store. When confronted she lies. She should be fired. She is racist because she never follows her own culture around or says anything to them. Don’t recommend this store.
