I ordered their tea and infuser and I only got the tea. There is no way to contact this company as their phone number is a constant busy signal and their contact us page is out of order. I did file a claim on PayPal and have not gotten much of a response. They just took my money and didn’t send the infuser

Waited almost 3 years for this infuser.... Worth it. This infuser allows me to cold and hot brew coffee, has a matcha adaptor, the perfect bottle size and I use it every day. I have 2. Either using teabags or loose leaf tea this is hands down the best all in one infuser ever created due to its versatility and amazing customer support.

Honestly, I don’t know what all the fuss is over this tea diffuser. it’s easy enough to brew a cup of tea or iced coffee or whatever I don’t think it’s truly made for hot tea as the level that it’s placed at and then when you try to take a drink, it all comes tumbling forward and burns you. You can’t sip on it. Also I tried to return it because this is how I prefer to drink my tea and had to pay the shipping return and also a $10 fee for restocking/cleaning …it hadn’t even been used . that’s $30 off of the price that I paid for it that I won’t get back just for having it mailed to me. Lastly it’s made of plastic allowing it to tip easily and the tea does not stay hot. I’m very disappointed in this product for the price point, especially.
