We all want more balanced diets — heavy on plants and rich in hearty, whole-food ingredients. Easier said than done. It seems like no matter where you are, food options are either too time-consuming, filled with artificial ingredients, or unsatisfying. We founded Mosaic to change that. Our mission is simple: to put good food on every table.

    We partnered with the non-profit City Harvest to rescue 2 pounds of nutritious food and distribute it to New Yorkers in need for every Mosaic box sold.  Learn more about City Harvest's mission and impact at cityharvest.org. Additionally, we're committed to sustainability. One of the reasons we love frozen food is that its environmental benefits are enormous. 100% of our packaging is either curbside recyclable or made with post-consumer recycled fiber.
